Another fabby sketch from Papertake this week! And here's my take, using Love Elsie Betty papers and MM tiny ledger stickers. For the hearts, I used an old die cut sheet as a template, then backed them onto card for extra strength and dimension. Thanks for lookingLou x
This week's Papertake challenge was to use spots, dots or circles, so I dug out these gorgeous paper from Stemma that I've been putting off cutting into for ages! The cute Koala stamp is from High Hopes, as is the matching greeting, and the Happy Birthday rub on is from Letraset. The black velvet ribbon was my bargain buy from Morrisons yesterday, 3 metres for 68p in their Christmas clearance section!
Excuse the dodgy photo - should have put it on a light background so it doesn't look like it's been cut in half!

I've used this week's CPS sketch for the layout.
Papers are KI Memories, tag is K&Co Peppermint twist, and some Felt fusion.
Papertake also had one of Katharina's wonderful sketches this week, and I really loved this one! The background paper is 3 bugs in a rug blossom, scalloped paper is Making Memories from a journalling notebook and stamp is Penny Black.

Here's my take on the latest Friday Sketchers sketch, and I used the Papertake "thank you" theme (and the option of coffee and cream colours) and the CCT challenge to use no patterned paper.
It didn't end up as much like the sketch as I had anticipated, but I think you get the idea!
I used Bazzill cardstock, embossed with a Cuttlebug folder, High Hopes stamps and all other bits are from my stash.
I was so chuffed to discover I'd been picked for the reader spotlight for CPS #68 last week -especially as there were so many gorgeous entries, but it particular made my day as that was the card I gave to my Dad on Sunday - and he loved it too!
Anyway, here's my take on this week's gorgeous sketch and using the Papertake theme of HOT colours! Absolutely everything on this card is from a HOTP Personal Shopper kit, so with that and the sketch it took about 5 minutes to make!

Here's my take on this week's Papertake theme of lime and lilac. Papers are by HOTP, Magnolia Tilda stamp, Doodlebug ribbon and sentiment stamp is by Imaginisce.
Here's my take on the latest sketch from Sketch this, using Basic Grey Periphery papers. To fit in with the Papertake embossing challenge, I embossed a piece of Bazzill bling cardstock with a cuttlebug folder, then rubbed over with a chalk inkpad.
