Di Hickman Card Sketch March #1

I can't believe we're in March already! Di's latest sketch went live today (link to her blog on the tool bar) and I loved this one! In fact all of March's sketches are just fab!

For this one I've used Chatterbox papers, Imaginisce sentiment stamp and a chipboard frame, ribbon and buttons from my stash.

Tilda & Co #20

This week's Tilda & Co challenge was to use beads, so I used this gorgeous glass bead as a flower centre. Papers are Chatterbox, prima flowers and sentiment stamp is Cuddly Buddly.

BTYD #23 and SSC - Scrappy New year

Charli set this fabby sketch challenge over on the Crop til you drop blog on Saturday and the challenge on Scrummy Stash Cafe blog was to use your scraps.

I have been meaning to scrap this picture for ages, but not got around to it until now. I just love this picture of my Dad (on the left) and Garry (future FIL) taken in Florida when we all went on holiday together. They both look so happy, and it reminds me of how well we all get on as a family, and how lucky I am to now have 2 wonderful sets of parents!

I used a scrap of paper by Chatterbox (OK so it's rather a LARGE scrap - but a still a scrap!! LOL) and the ribbons are from my latest Little Silver Hat kit. The clip is by HOTP and the buckle was lurking in my stash! The title was cut with the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge on the expression, and the scalloped squares using the mini monograms cartridge.

Another challenge blog!

I've found another challenge blog called a true friend and it's all about scrapping your pets, which is just perfect for me as I have hundreds of pics of Todd. The current challenge was to scrap some blurry pics -and most of mine are! You see whenever I try to get a nice picture of his face, Todd has to get waaaay too close to the camera!

This is the first LO I've done in a while, been all about the cards recently! For this one I used papers by KI Memories (aptly named Pet Shop!) and Chatterbox, the chipboard is Rusty Pickle and the ribbon is DCWV and random alpha stickers from my stash.
